All stock items are 100% guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects.



Return Policy

All links are purchased for one full year. No client can purchase a link for a lesser amount of time, for example 7 months instead of 12 months. The only way a purchased link can be refunded is if the link pointing to the customer’s website has not worked for more then 30 days. We at Hunting-Trips-R-Us checks all links with a software program each week to make sure all outbound links are pointing to the customer’s website. Customers are responsible for making clear what they want in regards to the number of links they wish to purchase and what webpage’s they want those links listed on our website.

All SPECIAL-CUSTOM-MADE items are specific to that customer, and are considered customized for that customer and therefore we CANNOT offer a refund for those items. This merchandise is non-returnable unless it is damaged or defective or is the result of an error in manufacturing and will be exchanged for the same or equal valued merchandise at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for making clear what they want in an order in regards to specifications of a customized product.

Other product returns are based on individual customer terms and conditions according to each stated wholesale contract.



RETURN PROCEDURES

All customers are required to submit in writing a list by individual UPC codes of the item number and quantity to be returned, along with the specific reason for the return.

A Return Authorization or “RA” will be generated and returned to the customer by fax. This RA will list the appropriate "SHIP TO" address according to the type of merchandise being returned. Any returns sent to any other location WILL be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

A copy of the RA is to be included with the shipment.

Shipping charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges will be prepaid on the replacement product sent to the customer.
